Connecticut-based Jamaica-born reggae artiste Frassman Brilliant is set to unleash his brand of music at Hartford's premiere end-of-summer event, Busy Signal and Friends.

The event will take place on September 2, and it will see Busy Signal performing in Hartford, Connecticut, for the first time in 15 years.

"I'm looking forward to this event and performing for my fans, who expect nothing less than a high-energy set," said Frassman.

Frassman recently wrapped up his US radio tour, which saw him promoting his latest single, Money Hunt, at key media outlets in New York, Florida and Connecticut.

"The promotion went well, and I'm happy with the progress that we made," said Frassman, whose given name is Nicoy Salmon.

Meanwhile, Frassman recently performed in Rhode Island at their Jamaican Association's Second Annual Independence Day Celebration.

The artiste, who also does soca music, started his music career many years ago but only received international recognition in 2013 when he released the successful hit Dat Nuh Hard Fi Duh. He has since followed with songs like Welcome To Jamaica, Workey Workey and Pop Off.

In recent months he has also been featured on popular rhythms such as Yardstyle's Fresh Start, Tropical Blendz, Red Bull, and Fullchaarge Record's Bad Party rhythms.

Currently creating a buzz in Dubai, Frassman is expected to perform there in October alongside DJ Gravity.
