Bread vendor shot, killed in MoBay
A popular bread vendor from St James was shot and killed near of area of business near downtown Montego Bay in the parish over the weekend.
He has been identified as 27-year-old Romario Anderson, otherwise called 'Ryan' , of Vernon's Drive also in Montego Bay.
It is reported that about 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, Anderson was at the location where he sells bread along Market Street, when a lone man approached him and opened fire hitting him multiple times.
The gunman made his escaped on foot in the area.
Anderson was rushed to the Cornwall Regional Hospital, where he was treated and admitted in critical condition. He succumb to his injuries on Sunday morning.
The police have launched an investigation.
