When Christopher Whyte, a resident of Lavern Tavern, St Andrew, showed up at Eltham High School where Flow unleashed the second in its series of ' Ball & Blaze' road tour on Saturday, his main purpose was to get a reasonably priced phone.

"I really came here to replace my phone that was giving me some trouble, but when I heard about the giveaway, I decided to try and now I am too happy," Whyte said.

And he had all right to be happy as he took home a 50" smart TV after signing up for one of FLOW's new TV package bundles.

After paying a deposit for services at his home, Whyte's name was pulled from a raffle to determine the winner.

"A now World Cup nice!" said a smiling Whyte.

Excited football fans had made the journey to Eltham High School and were entertained by fire-dancers and a sizzling performance from dancehall artiste Chi Ching Ching. The vibe was completed by a five-a-side competition and a kiddies village.

Michelle Clunie-Janes, FLOW's TV marketing manager, said that the Ball & Blaze tour is gaining traction.

"We started in Ocho Rios, now Spanish Town, and we have two more stops to make as the World Cup comes to a climax. ... We have partnered with TVJ to make the viewing events possible and to launch a 24 hour channel which has non-stop football and commentary that we know our customers are enjoying," she said.
