Sanitation worker arrested for bullet, ratchet

A sanitation worker has been arrested in relation to a seizure in his Kingston community on November 11.
St Don Dormer, 48, of Paisley Road, Kingston 12, has been charged with unauthorised possession of ammunition and possession of offensive weapon in a public place. Reports from the Denham Town police are that at 5:30 p.m., police on patrol in the area observed Dormer acting in a manner which aroused their suspicions. He was accosted, searched and a 9mm round and a ratchet knife were found and seized. He was taken into custody where he was subsequently charged.
His court date is being finalised.
