Dexta Daps released from lock-up

Dancehall artiste Dexta Daps was released from custody earlier today.

Dexta Daps, given name Louis Grandison had been locked up under the State of Emergency that is in effect in the St Andrew South Police Division since April 8.

In confirming the news, Peter Champagnie, attorney at law representing the entertainer, says to date, no formal charges were laid against his client.
